Privacy policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains what personal data CODER ALCHEMY LLC collects through this website, what we use it for and what rights you have over it. In short: we only collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to answer you, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who is responsible for your data

CODER ALCHEMY LLC is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Some laws call this the "data controller".

Company
CODER ALCHEMY LLC
Address
8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #6995, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, United States
Contact for privacy matters
Through the contact form of this website, saying that your message is about your personal data, or by post at the address above.

What data we collect

The data that you send us. When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you write in it:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the name of your business, if you give it;
  • the service you are interested in, or your own description of what you need;
  • your message;
  • the language in which you were browsing the website.

Technical data. Like any website, this one receives the IP address of your connection and the basic data of each request (its date and time, the page requested and the type of browser) in order to send you the pages. Our hosting provider keeps this data in the logs of the server for a limited time, for security and to solve technical problems. When you send the form, the server also uses your IP address to limit how many requests can be sent from the same connection: it keeps it in memory for a few minutes and does not store it.

What we do not collect. This website has no analytics or advertising tools, creates no profiles, has no user accounts and does not follow you to other websites. We do not ask for sensitive data, such as data about your health, your beliefs or your finances: please do not include it in your message.

What we use it for, and on what basis

  • To answer your request and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. We do this because you asked us to when you sent the form, as a step before a possible contract, and with the consent that you give when you accept this policy.
  • To keep the website secure and working, and to prevent abuse of the form. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in protecting the website and its visitors.

We do not send newsletters or advertising to the address that you give us, and we do not take decisions about you by automated means.

Who receives your data

Your data is handled by CODER ALCHEMY LLC and by the provider that works for us: Hostinger, which hosts this website and the mailbox where the requests of the form arrive. It handles the data on our behalf.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. We would only hand it over to a third party if a law or a court required us to.

Where your data is processed

CODER ALCHEMY LLC is in the United States, and your data is processed there. If you contact us from another country, for example from the European Union or the United Kingdom, your data travels to the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from those of your country. That transfer is necessary to answer the request that you send us.

How long we keep it

  • Requests that do not lead to a contract: for as long as the conversation lasts and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. Then we delete them.
  • Requests that lead to a contract: for as long as the relationship lasts and, after it, for the time that the tax, accounting and other applicable laws require.
  • The technical data in the logs of the server: for the limited time set by our hosting provider.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner, as the next section explains.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, the law gives you some or all of these rights over your personal data:

  • to know whether we hold data about you and to get a copy of it;
  • to have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete;
  • to have it deleted;
  • to object to how we use it, or to ask us to limit that use;
  • to receive it in a format that you can pass on to another provider;
  • to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect what was done before.

To use any of them, write to us through the contact form or by post at the address above. We may need to check that the request comes from you. We will answer within 30 days. Using your rights is free and has no negative consequence for you.

If you live in the European Economic Area or in the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country. If you live in the United States: we do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Security

We protect your data with measures suited to it: the website is served over an encrypted connection, the form travels encrypted from our server to our mailbox, and only the people of CODER ALCHEMY LLC who need to answer you can read it. No system is completely secure, but if an incident affected your data we would tell you as the law requires.

Minors

This website is aimed at companies and professionals, not at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe that a minor has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the website changes. The date at the top of this page tells when it was last changed. If a change is important, we will announce it on the website.
